Most of our workouts are framed around the use of kettlebells. We train in traditional Russian style, and also incorporate other versatile training styles with kettlebells. We have a huge selection of kettlebells to choose from. Weights are available from 5lbs up to 100lbs. The possible routine combinations are nearly endless!

We have many TRX stations for client workouts. TRX stations are designed as a core-strengthening, total body workout. TRX suspension systems provide muscular and cardiovascular benefits.
